Our intensive courses prepare you both linguistically and culturally for studying at the Westphalian Wilhelms University. In over 20 hours per week you will be instructed in the various areas of the German language. Participation in the language courses of the DaF teaching area is only possible for students with a language course approval from the WWU Münster. The DaF subject area offers preparatory intensive language courses (approx. 18 weeks, 18-22 hours per week) at B1, B2 and C1 level.
The courses include intensive university-related language training in the areas of reading comprehension, listening comprehension, text production, scientific language structures and oral expression. This content is supplemented by modules on intercultural learning, phonetics and course-integrated learning advice. The aim of the courses is to prepare for the German examination for university entrance (DSH) and a specialist degree. At the C1 level, the DSH exam concludes the course. At this level, you can also attend the DSHplus module, which prepares you specifically for your specialist studies at the University of Münster.
