Student Residence (off campus) Location: 4Stay-Campus Crossings Apartments 285 North Rutherford Blvd. Murfreesboro, TN 37130 Room Type: Singles Meals: Meals are not included. There is equipped kitchen in each apartment and many on campus options within walking distance. Min Age: 18 Maximum age of 25 years. Key/Damage: Not required, but students are expected to sign a housing damage form indicating responsibility to pay for any damage they may cause. Description: The Campus Crossings Apartments offers single occupancy rooms in a fully furnished 4-bedroom, 4 bathroom unit. Each student is provided their own private bedroom and bathroom with keyed entry, while sharing the living room, kitchen and laundry facilities with three other students. Rooms include full-size bed, dresser, desk, chair, closet, and private bathroom. Linens are included and the kitchen is supplied with utensils for cooking and eating. Each apartment has a shared living area with free cable TV and Internet access, patio/balcony, and a kitchen with cooking and eating utensils so that students can prepare their own meals. Students share responsibility for cleaning their apartment with their ELS roommates.
