We provide economical, safe, friendly and convenient accommodations for students. All accommodations are located in friendly neighbourhoods and are near the school or close to public transportation.

Homestays
A secure, friendly Canadian family is ready to adopt you into their house and life. You will receive a furnished room in the house - the room includes a bed, desk and dresser. Students always have their own room and do not share it with other students.

Homestay families undergo security checks to ensure each home is safe. Care is taken to ensure that the culture the international student has been raised in is accepted and respected. Our homestay families do not view students as a business. Students are viewed as family member.

Our Homestay Co-ordinator:
Arranges for a suitable homestay
Ensures each family is safe with family security checks
Meets you at airport and introduces you to homestay
Assists with telephone call to your family (safe arrival)
Ensures culture of student is respected by family
Monitors your homestay placement

Shared House
Metropolitan College offers students the option of having a room in a house. Students have a private bedroom (furnished with bed and desk) in a house. The kitchen and bathroom are shared with other students. Shared houses are usually located in quiet areas of the city.
