COVID-19 Pandemic Refund Policy:
The COVID-19 Pandemic has had an unprecedented impact on nations and families, both social and emotional, as well as financial. For this reason, parents or students who no longer feel comfortable studying abroad due to the COVID-19 virus may request a deferral or full tuition refund, excluding administration and HST fees, up until July 31, 2021.
After this time, should travel restrictions be imposed that preclude the student’s ability to attend school in Waterloo Region, by the Government of Canada, the Province of Ontario or the Country of origin, a full tuition refund may be requested.
Students wishing to defer their studies may do so for up to one year from their original start date. Should a student’s Study Visa be delayed – the student may request to begin their studies the following semester. Any fee increases will be billed accordingly for the new school year.
